The time honoured tradition of carving is well-known, but what about other ways to enjoy pumpkin?
Here are just a few ideas to help you think about pumpkins in a different way!
Make a snack out of the seeds!
Hollow out the pumpkin and you are left with something that doesn’t look too appetising! Not to worry; separate the seeds from the stringy pumpkin guts and get roasting!
Dry them out by roasting them in the oven for 30 minutes, add some extra flavour by tossing them in with different ingredients. You can find a few ideas here.

You’ve used the seeds now weirdly enough the stringy innards of a pumpkin combined with other veg off cuts makes a great stock and who doesn’t need stock?
