The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge

We teamed up with our friends at Hoseasons and Canvas Holidays to tackle Yorkshire’s Three Peaks this weekend, raising much-needed funds for the Three Peaks Project in the process. Great (dry!) weather made for ideal walking conditions and a really fun (though exhausting!) day. Find more info on the Three Peaks Project on their website.

Children In Need Day

Last Friday was Children in Need and we’re rather proud of the fact we raised a whacking great £2179.70 during our many events we loosely called a fun day.. as you can see from these photos, it’s wasn’t ‘fun’ for everyone!

cottages4you employees running for charity

Adam Garbutt, Paul Bassek & Tony Bradshaw have decided to run the Great North Run to raise money for Cancer Research UK.

“The three of us from C4U have decided to run the Great North Run and raise money for a very worthy cause – Cancer Research UK.

We’ve all been putting in hard hours of training that should hopefully prepare us for the 13.1 miles that lie ahead of us!!

We don’t expect it to be easy, in fact we expect it to be very difficult.
We will be unable to walk for a few days after the event, so please dig deep and sponsor us for this worthy cause!

Thanks,

Adam, Tony and Paul.”
